Business in a box

A whole team that runs your business. Done for you.

Sushi gives you a team of AI agents that find new leads, answer your email, chase quotes, keep your books, update your website and report back every morning. They work around the clock on a private server we set up and look after for you, and right beside you on your computer and phone.

This is the real app

It runs right here in your browser, with example data. Click an agent and watch it work.

Your team

Hire a team in a minute. Keep the evenings.

Each agent is a sushi piece with a job. Point them at your inbox, your website and your numbers, and they get on with it, asking you only when it matters. Rename them, give them new jobs, or add more.

Chief Chief of staff

Runs the day, hands work to the others and tells you only what needs you.

Morning. Three quotes went out, one invoice is a week late, and Aroha asked to move Friday's job to Thursday. Shall I say yes?

Inbox Front office

Reads every email, answers the easy ones and drafts the rest for your OK.

14 new. Answered 9, filed 3, two drafts are waiting for you.

Sales Sales and quotes

Follows every lead and quote until it's won or closed. Nothing slips.

Won: the Ponsonby fit-out, $8,400. Deposit invoice is ready to send.

Clerk Bookkeeper

Chases invoices, matches payments and keeps the numbers you care about current.

Paid this week: $12,960. Two reminders sent politely.

Marketing Newsletter and posts

Turns what actually happened this week into posts and a newsletter people read.

Drafted Friday's newsletter from this week's three finished jobs.

Builder Your website

Changes your site when you ask, shows you a preview, and ships it when you approve.

Preview ready: the new bundles page. Approve to publish.

Sushi World

They even have an office.

A 3D office overlooking Auckland harbour, where your agents are people wearing their sushi. Walk in, pull up a chair and ask out loud. When someone's working, you'll see it.

Sushi World: an open-plan office with agents at their desks and the harbour outside.

Runs in your browser with WebGL. About 25 MB, best on a computer.

Leads

Leads from everywhere, packaged for you.

One agent works Workfolk, another your Instagram and Facebook messages, another your website. Every lead goes to your Leads manager, who drops the duplicates, scores the rest and sends you one tidy package, intro emails already drafted.

  • Each channel has its own agent, working on its own computer you can watch
  • One package a day instead of twenty notifications
  • The hottest go straight to Sales
The Leads manager's package of today's leads, with Scout's computer open on a professional network.

Mail

Your inbox, handled.

Hand your inbox to an agent. It sorts, answers what it can and drafts the rest, then hands each one back to you with the context you need to say yes.

  • Works with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail and any IMAP mail
  • Drag an agent onto any email to give it the job
  • Drafts wait for your OK before they go out

Routines

Work that happens while you sleep.

Every morning, a summary. Every Friday, the newsletter. Every new lead, a reply within minutes. Tell an agent once and it becomes a routine.

  • On a schedule, or set off by new mail or a message
  • Each run reports what it did, in plain words
  • Pause or change a routine any time

Sushi Mobile

Anywhere you go, your team comes too.

Approve a quote between meetings. Ask Chief for today's numbers from the car park. Call an agent and talk it through on the drive home. Scan one code on your computer and the whole team is in your pocket.

  • Every chat, routine and server, on your phone
  • Call an agent and talk it through, hands-free
  • Links to your computer with one scan, nothing to set up

Servers

Your own server, delivered by hand.

We set up a private Sushi server for your team, check that it works and hand it over. Your agents keep working when your laptop is closed, your team works with the same agents, and you decide who joins.

Pick a server

Monthly, no lock-in. Tell us what to call it and roughly where your team is.

We deliver it

Usually within one business day. It appears in Sushi the moment it's ready: one click and you're in.

Bring your team

Share an invite. Approve who joins from the app, your phone or your account on the web.

Everyone's agents, one place.

On a server, agents belong to the team. Anyone you let in can ask them for help, see what they're doing and pick up where someone else left off.

  • Runs on a private server only your team can reach
  • Members join with an invite you approve
  • Sushi AI on the server comes out of your membership credit

Private by design

Your business stays yours.

Runs on machines you control

Your computer and your own server. Your chats, files and mail don't live on a Sushi cloud.

Sushi AI keeps nothing

Requests pass through to the model and back. We don't store your prompts or replies.

Keys never reach agents

API keys sit in your bank. Agents use them through Sushi without ever seeing them.

You decide who joins

Nobody gets into your server until you approve them, from the app or the web.

Talk to us

Not sure yet? Let's see if it fits.

Tell us how your week runs. In twenty minutes we'll show you what a Sushi team would take off your plate, whether it's just you or a whole team, and we'll tell you straight if it won't.

Book a call

Pick a time that suits you. We'll walk through a normal week with you and sketch the first agents you'd hire.

  • Twenty minutes, by video or phone
  • No slides, no pressure
  • Bring your team if they're curious

Leave a note and we'll reply within one business day.

Who's it for?

Questions

Good questions.

What do I need?

Nothing technical. We set up your always-on server and hand it over; you get the app for your computer and phone, sign in once, and your agents answer straight away.

Is it for me, or for my team?

Both. Your agents live on an always-on server, so they keep going when you log off, and you bring your team onto it when you're ready, each with their own login. Not sure what you need? Book a call and we'll work it out with you.

What's included in the membership?

US$100 a month with US$100 of AI included. Sushi AI for every agent on your computer and on your servers, plus Sushi World, routines, projects and the phone app. Unused credit carries over.

What happens if I run out of credit?

Your agents tell you and wait. Top up any time from your account, or wait for next month's included credit.

How does a server reach me?

Order it from your account. We set it up and check it, usually within one business day. It then shows up in Sushi under Add a server: one click and you're its admin.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. Everything keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for.

Your team is ready when you are.

Join in a minute and say hello to Chief, your chief of staff. Or talk to us first and we'll help you decide.
